ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTING · SHEET D-001

Architectural drafting services, from a team you pick and run.

Your drafters work from Casablanca in AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad or SketchUp. They draw only your projects, to your title blocks, layers and sheet standards, and take direction from your architects.

Since 2022 we have drafted more than 2,000 jobs this way for a US architecture firm. Most of our work is residential, multifamily and light commercial.

How a job moves

  1. 01

    You send the job

Redlines, sketches, scans, PDFs or a model, by email or through your shared folder.

  2. 02

    Your drafter draws it

In your software and your template, the way your architects draw.

  3. 03

    Someone else checks it

Your team lead or a checker goes through every sheet against your checklist.

  4. 04

    The sheets come back

Named your way and dropped in your shared folder. Questions go to your team lead.

Why US firms draft with us

You choose every drafter

Within 10 business days we send two or three vetted candidates per seat. You interview them, give them your own test and decide who joins.

They work only for you

Your drafters work on your projects, on your systems and under NDA. We never share them with other clients, and your drawings stay yours.

Your hours overlap

Casablanca is four hours ahead of New York in summer and five in winter, so you share up to six working hours a day. A team on US hours is an option.

You sign with a US company

Your contract is with DESIGNADRAFT LLC, and we invoice in USD.

Questions about drafting with us

Which software do your drafters use?

AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad and SketchUp. If your firm works in something else, we hire for it.

Can you take on a single project?

When we have room, yes. Most clients keep a team for a year at a time, because the drawing keeps coming.

Who owns the drawings?

You do. Your team works on your systems under NDA and only on your projects.
